MEDIATION: THE CHEAPEST WAY AND AGILE

Mediation is a way of resolving disputes between two or more people, with the help of an impartial third person, the mediator.

They are not judges or referees, or impose solutions, but its work is neutral, as they seek to meet the needs of disputants, regulating the communication process and driving it through a few simple steps that, if the parties collaborate, is possible to reach a solution where everyone wins or, at least, are satisfied.

FEATURES AND MEDIATION PROCESS

Mediation is VOLUNTARY, is CONFIDENTIAL, and is based on the DIALOGUE and the NEUTRALITY.
